I have enjoyed working with the October kit. I really enjoyed working with the Spring colors and thought they were perfect for an Easter layout.




For each layout I make I try to use something from my stash. For this one it was my scalloped scissors that I have had since I first started scrapbooking over 7 years ago. Each Friday we have a use your stash challenge. After you complete the challenge post it in our gallery, we would love to see what you have created.

Hard to believe it is only a couple of weeks until Halloween. Take a few minutes to check out today's Greetings from the Heart Sketch and join in this months challenge for a RAK. This was a quick one using OLD scrap PP, clips and fiber, love using up those OLD items in my stash.

October Kit preview

Okay ladies - their are so many goodies in the October kit. My Favorite was the paper - this prima is to die for - seriously. And there is soooo much of it. And the bling.......well, i will just make you wait - but i will show you a sneaky peaky of a card that i made last night. I'm frantically working to get all my projects done before Monday.

So the cardstock and the Patterned paper and the black flowers (who would have thought black flowers....but they look so good with the paper in the kit) are all from the kit.

Also we have lots of fun challenges going on over at the Shaker Box . Hurry and check out the Menu Challenge that Alli has posted this month. She listed a whole bunch of different kind of Candy and you have to choose five of those - kinda like Trick or Treating. You can have as many bags as you like - and in the next day or two - Alli will post which items go with which candy and thats what you will use to create your Layout! Sound fun??
